I am suffering from intrusive thoughts and various other forms of mental health issues. I have been on Prozac for 3 years. The side effects for me are dizziness, dry mouth and sometimes a headache. Headaches, I’ve found, were easily managed by drinking lots of fluids.

But apparently, I messed up the chemical balance in my brain. I am constantly playing video games and would neglect my sleep cycles year after year. It has got to the stage when I would burst with anger over the smallest things. Had a psychotherapy session for the first time in my 29 years of age. I was prescribed Prozac for 2 months. It took me a while to get used to the schedule, but it definitely saved me from something terrible, to say the least.

Hi! I’ve had a severe depression for years. I’ve tried many things, and I’ve figured out that staying active worked the best. But I can not dedicate too much of my energy just for exercise. Prozac became my alternative solution, especially throughout busy seasons at work, when I can not afford to be away from my desk.
